QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Management Accounting or equivalent.
  • Certified Public Accountant is a must
  • Australian Accounting experience is a plus
  • With at least 5 years of work experience in general accounting
  • Background in finance/accounting with hands-on bookkeeping and reporting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and compliance practices (Australian exposure preferred).
  • Experience preparing management reports.
  • Comfortable working across HR, contracts, and administration.
  • Efficient in verbal and written English communications skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A team player

  • Must be immediately available
  • Must open to work onsite at Cebu City, Philippines

KEY ROLES

  1. Financial Operations – Handle accounts payable/receivable, assist in monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Compliance & Coordination – Support Australian compliance (BAS, payroll, super, ASIC), liaise with external accountants, perform reconciliations, and prepare key financial statements and reports.
  3. HR & Operations Support – Assist in preparing employment documents, maintaining HR records, supporting payroll, and coordinating proposals, tenders, and communications with advisors.
  4. Personal & Investment Support – Provide administrative support to the CEO in managing personal properties, superannuation, and investments, including contract reviews and coordination with advisors.
