Salary Range: PHP 15,000 – 20,000/month

We are hiring a Compliance Officer to help ensure the integrity and accountability of our mobile dental clinic operations. This office-based role supports onsite leaders by monitoring data accuracy, photo documentation, and pod reporting across all service areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review daily pod reports and verify accuracy of submitted data
  • Ensure timely and complete submission of required photos (e.g., site setup, patient flow, equipment use)
  • Conduct regular audits and flag inconsistencies or missing information
  • Coordinate with onsite leaders to uphold compliance with clinic protocols
  • Provide feedback and support to improve documentation practices
  • Maintain organized records for internal and external reporting

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (any 4-year course preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience in healthcare, field operations, or compliance is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in using digital tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Airtable, etc.)
  • Willing to work onsite in our office and coordinate with field teams

Preferred:

  • Background in mobile or community-based healthcare
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards
  • Willingness to occasionally support field validation or coordination
