Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Review and understand contents of corporate contract, policy digest, conforme and Underwriting form.
  • Checking and verification of members' information based on client's endorsement. - Check completeness of data - Check member's eligibility based on corporate contract - Analyze, check and compare benefits assigned in the system against corporate health agreement including special instructions - Amend member's information, status and correction of benefits if necessary
  • Tagging of members for action memo
  • Approval of Members - Approve members in the system as proof of verification - Transmittal approval
  • Receiving of transmittal as required for some process
  • Monitoring of enrollment percentage ruling of accounts
  • Seek approval from SMD in relation to membership
  • Elevate to the Team Leader and/or Supervisor issues that need resolution or approval
  • Transmit verified members and other pertinent documents to Documentation Section
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Section Head/Department Manager
