COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing.
  • Prior supervisory experience is an advantage, though candidates with a willingness to take on leadership responsibilities will also be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural awareness and effectiveness in working with diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively or work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work hybrid.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Supervises accounting staff, delegates task, conducts performance reviews, and provides mentorship.
  • Ensures adherence to policies, supports audit activities, and implements controls to mitigate risk.
  • Reviews and approves reports, journal entries, and reconciliations prepared by staff.
  • Coordinates with management, other teams, and auditors for finance-related matters.
  • Handles complex issues, approves resolutions, and escalates when necessary.
  • Identifies inefficiencies, leads or supports accounting process improvements.
  • Ensures team meets deadlines and compliance calendars.
  • Upholds integrity in approving transactions, handling audits, and reviewing confidential data.

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
