
HR/Admin Manager

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to selecting and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster positive and inclusive workplace relationships.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set development goals, and monitor employee performance to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processes and administer employee compensation and benefit packages.
- Policy Development: Create, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures related to employment, conduct, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the workforce and establish development programs and training opportunities to enhance employee capabilities.
- HR Strategy and Administration: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Workplace Culture: Actively promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
