HR MANAGER

We are looking for an HR MANAGER to join our young, spunky and imaginative brand activation agency.

As an HR MANAGER you get to:

· Plan and direct recruitment and hiring processes.

· Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the company.

· Review and update benefit plans to ensure they are competitive. 

· Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 

· Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently across the organization. 

· Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR best practices. . 

· Investigate employee issues and conflicts and work to resolve them. 

· Act as a link between employees and management to facilitate communication and understanding. 

· Develop training materials and programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 

· Create and manage performance management programs. 

· Plan and evaluate policies and programs that support employee development and career growth. 

· Implement initiatives that contribute to both business success and employee well-being.

WHAT WE OFFER:

· P40,000-P60,000 salary, based on qualifications

· Hybrid work set-up (2x WFH)

· HMO

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· Minimum 5 years of work experience on the same role in an advertising, BPO, manufacturing, manpower or BTL agency.

· Possess a BA Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant course

· Has excellent communication skills

· Preferably resides nearby (short commute) to/from Makati or BGC
