What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure all records and documents meet company and industry standards
  • Regularly audit files, documents and databases to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for records management and document control
  • Liaise with department heads to understand evolving business needs and adapt quality assurance processes accordingly
  • Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and report on key metrics and improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant regulations and industry standards

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or records management role, ideally within the administration or office support industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies in documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with staff across the organization
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards for records management
