About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cash App Account - Customer Support Associates to join our growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions. As a full-time Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. This role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • At least with or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing effective solutions
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
