Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, greet clients, and handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain the office calendar for legal staff.
  • Assist with the preparation, filing, and organization of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing records, and documents.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Must be a college graduate with a degree related to office administration, legal studies, or any relevant course.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
