Legal Secretary

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greet clients, and handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain the office calendar for legal staff.
- Assist with the preparation, filing, and organization of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring the office is well-organized and efficient.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing records, and documents.
Qualifications & experience:
- Must be a college graduate with a degree related to office administration, legal studies, or any relevant course.
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
