Job Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the creation of compelling visuals that elevate our brand presence across digital, social, and print platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to transform ideas into designs that capture attention and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual strategies that align with our brand identity and messaging
- Design assets for social media (carousels, tiles, banners, motion graphics support)
- Create training workbooks, editable PDFs, and branded client-facing documents
- Build and maintain branded templates in Canva, PowerPoint & Affinity Publisher
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign concepts and design requests
- Work closely with the Senior Video Editor to ensure visual cohesion across video and static content
- Deliver assets for sales enablement: pitch decks, proposals, product one-pagers
- Prepare documents for print including bleed marks, CMYK setup, and high-res file exports
- Maintain and evolve the internal design system and asset library
- Ensure every visual touchpoint is a reflection of our bold, high-quality brand
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Fluent in Affinity Designer, Publisher, and Photo (our primary design tools)
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Canva creating strong decks and fast-turnaround content
- Skilled in InDesign for longer-form, editable documents and program workbooks
- Experience designing for both digital and print, including preparing print-ready files
- Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, colour, typography, and brand cohesion
- Able to manage and prioritise design tasks independently in a remote team
- Excellent English communication written and verbal
- Bonus: Experience in education, leadership, or B2B professional services a plus
