Product Manager – Oncology (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Onsite with frequent fieldwork

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager – Oncology who will serve as the product champion for assigned oncology portfolios. The role involves overseeing product development, marketing strategy, and sales growth, while ensuring strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and medical teams.

This position requires a highly motivated and strategic individual who can lead market initiatives, analyze trends, and provide insights that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the company's product champion for assigned oncology products.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing plans and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, pricing, policies, and distribution channels affecting assigned products.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop teaching materials and conduct product training for the Sales Team.
  • Regularly meet with Sales Teams to update and enhance product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and top specialists in the oncology field.
  • Update rolling product forecasts monthly.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in strategic projects.
  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Oncology.
  • Must be mobile and willing to travel to different locations across the Philippines.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and analytical, with the ability to interpret and act on market data.
  • Solid understanding of product development, market research, and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
