Graphic Artist

Crafting visual stories that captivate

Responsibilities:

• Creative Digital and Print Design - Develop diverse digital assets—such as banners, social media graphics, web visuals, and templates—to convey the goals and messaging of the company's programs. Collaborate with the content executive, requestors, and creative supervisor to ensure designs are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Graphics and Multimedia Specialist - Craft compelling design concepts and digital solutions—including art direction, troubleshooting, and innovation—to enhance audience engagement across media platforms.
• Project Management - Regularly refine the visual design strategy using user feedback and performance metrics to maintain a dynamic, engaging digital experience. Collaborate closely with developers, IT, the digital team, creatives, and product managers to ensure design coherence across technical constraints, brand goals, and messaging touchpoints.
• Analytics - Collect and analyze user feedback—via surveys, forms, and performance metrics—to uncover improvement opportunities, enhance visual design, and boost engagement. Use insights to track key visual element performance and propose innovative, user-informed design strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (e.g., Fine Arts, Graphic & Multimedia Design, UX Design, or a related discipline).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in video production, UI/UX, 2D/3D graphics, motion graphics/animation, web design, or interactive media, ideally within corporate branding or agency settings.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as video production and motion graphics workflows.
