Job Summary:

The Compliance Staff is responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of the company's compliance programs and ensuring that business operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Philippines, particularly those of the SEC, BIR, AMLC, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and other regulatory bodies. The role also supports internal policy adherence and assists with regulatory reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from government agencies (e.g., SEC, BIR, AMLC, BSP, DOLE, etc.)
  • Prepare, review, and file required reports and documentation with regulatory agencies
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assist in advising management on necessary changes
  • Support in the preparation of compliance training for employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation
  • Assist in investigating compliance issues or breaches and help in implementing corrective actions
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure company-wide adherence to compliance policies
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or legal roles
  • Knowledge of Philippine laws, regulations, and government compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Experience in handling SEC and BIR submissions
  • Willing to be assigned at Binondo Manila
  • Monday - Saturday duty 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
