About the role

Join the dynamic team of Grand Meritus Security Agency as an HR STAFF. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's human resources and industrial relations functions. As an HR STAFF, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to the overall success and well-being of our organisation and employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screening and evaluating applications to ensure candidates meet the required skills, qualifications and experience
  • Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role
  • Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, verifying references, and managing candidate communications
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
  • Providing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing qualified candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload
  • Preferably Male
  • Degree in Criminology,Human Resources or a related field
