Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports and such other.
  • Conducts regular review of budget and provides guidance to optimize company's financial resources.
  • Generates and validates business assumptions and budget proposals.
  • Simulates the operating budget projection based on historical and latest run rates.
  • Gathers and validates business assumptions and budget proposals.
  • Prepares the working template for the annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting.
  • Own the filing and archiving of financial reports.
  • Prepares regular tax filings, reports and reconciliations.
  • Serves as the focal person and subject matter expert on financial audits and examinations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA License is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the Accounting Department.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with advanced skills in Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting and bookkeeping software.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong supervisory capabilities.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibits mature decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
