Join Our Growing Back Office Team in Antipolo

We are currently looking for 3 highly organized and detail-oriented Project Data Coordinators to join our Operations team supporting a U.S.-based account. If you're experienced in back office support, data entry, and Excel reporting — and you're ready to grow your career in a stable, dynamic environment — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter project information into Procore, a leading project management system
  • Collaborate with program managers and team members to gather file requirements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, manuals, and training references
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Export and analyze data from Procore using Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) or Access
  • Support internal reporting and administrative coordination tasks

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience in any of the following:
  • Back Office Support
  • Account Management
  • Data Entry
  • Client Interaction / Coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, basic Macros)
  • Exposure to MS Office Suite (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and time management
  • Willingness to work onsite in Antipolo on a night shift schedule

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience using Procore or similar project management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
