RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Shall handle the coordination and implementation of relevant information among the project team for the assigned property.
  • Handles documentation and facilitates compliance to business process from pre- to post-construction.
  • Construction Stage: Coordinates the implementation of project activities with the internal project team and external vendors.
  • Post-Construction: Updates the whole team on all the pending issues for the turn overs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineer degree.
  • Candidate must possess a Professional License.
  • Must be knowledgeable in design, construction and project management.
  • With at least 5 years of experience in a vertical construction coordination
  • Must have strong management skills, result-oriented and with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can work independently and with integrity
  • Willing to be assigned in Bataan time to time

Job Type: Full-time

  • Antipolo: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
