Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion
of various projects within our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability
to multitask, attention to details and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Overall, the project coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the project manager and ensuring
that the project is completed successfully and on time.
Project Coordinator Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in US business hours/night shift.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Project Planning - Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project
scope, goals, and deliverables. Participate in the creation of project plans by defining goals,
requirements, participants, and timelines.
- Client Communication - Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, keeping
the clients informed of project progress and any changes to the project scope or timeline.
Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand project, goals and requirements.
- Tracking and Reporting - Track project progress and report on key metrics such as status,
timeline, and scope. This helps to keep stakeholders informed and identify any areas that
may need attention. Create/maintain a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal
and objective.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure that they meet quality standards
and comply with project requirements. This includes the quality of the project coordinator's
work such as accuracy of reporting, manner of communicating with clients and overall client
feedback.
- Tool Monitoring & Maintenance - Monitoring and tracking all tool issues/bugs reported by
the team and assisting by troubleshooting and reporting them to the client when needed.
The project coordinator will also maintain and monitor the status of all trackers used by the
program.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with team members to allocate resources effectively and
efficiently to ensure project success. This includes participants and testers who will be
assigned to a specific project/test.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation
strategies to address them
