1. Admin Associate

FICCI seeks a reliable, responsible, and organized Admin Associate to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is required
  • Must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, CRM systems, and basic IT is a plus
  • Preferably lives near the Makati area
  • Must be able to start immediately

Ideal Traits:

  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Personable and confident when coordinating with suppliers, agencies, and team members
  • Takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy and dependable, especially with sensitive documents and data
  • Willing to assist in various roles, especially during busy periods or events

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as business permit renewals, basic bookkeeping, and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and support office organization
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks, especially during events or special projects
  • Ensure the general upkeep of the office and coordinate with service providers
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations across departments

2. Membership and Events Associate

FICCI Philippines is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Membership and Events Associate to support our community engagement and event initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, International Studies, Communications, Hospitality, or any related field
  • 1–3 years of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of event planning principles and budgeting
  • Skilled in Google Suite, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI tools like Gemini, Meta AI, and ChatGPT
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media management tools
  • Preferably lives near the Makati area
  • Must be able to start immediately

Ideal Traits:

  • Personable and confident when dealing with members, partners, and event stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and independence
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and support event execution, from preparation to on-site coordination
  • Assist in event budgeting and liaising with suppliers and partners
  • Manage and update the CRM system (GlueUp) for members, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the CRM data.
  • Oversee member communications, including email announcements, quarterly newsletters, and social media posts
  • Help create marketing content and visuals using creative tools
  • Support membership engagement and community-building activities
