About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Victorian Placement Agency' in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic customer-facing environment. No prior BPO experience is required.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing high-quality customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems efficiently
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
