  • The Role & Impact: As our dedicated Bookkeeper, you will be primarily responsible for the Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) cycles. Your meticulous work directly impacts our vendor relationships and ensures healthy cash flow, acting as a crucial foundation for our strategic projects.

What You'll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

  • Accounts Payable (A/P): Process vendor invoices, manage disbursements, prepare check runs, and reconcile vendor statements efficiently and accurately.
  • Accounts Receivable (A/R): Generate accurate billing statements, manage collections, apply customer payments, and track outstanding invoices to ensure timely cash conversion.
  • Bookkeeping & Documentation: Maintain subsidiary ledgers, prepare journal entries, and ensure all financial documents are organized and ready for the Accountant and external audits.
  • Compliance Support: Assist the accounting team with weekly and monthly reports, ensuring compliance with local tax requirements related to A/P and A/R transactions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience focused heavily on managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.

  • Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and MS Excel.
  • Required Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and meet strict deadlines.
