Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Inbound and Outbound
Responsibilities
- Take inbounds calls – Policy servicing (Resolving queries for policies
- Make non-financial policy changes) & Claims (Status) of Life products (universal life, whole life, and term)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
- Education – High school graduate or above
- Relevant experience- in international– voice process inbound and Insurance/Healthcare experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, eye for details
- Work under pressure and meet performance metrics.
- Team player, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible.
- Open for feedback and Passionate about their own learning and development
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to shift timings.
- Multi-tasking ability
