JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Promotes Hotel Kimberly's services and facilities through mailers and telemarketing,
  • Assists the Sales Manager in developing and implementing marketing programs both rooms and banquets,
  • Advises the Guest Services Department (GSD) of corporate reservations, bookings from travel agencies,
  • Coordinates with the GSD regarding rooming-in list for corporate check-in;
  • Entertains ans assists clients who are requesting for ocular inspection of the hotel
  • Coordinates with the GSD and Finance Department on billing arrangements; Coordinates with the Purchasing Officer and Head Chef for food costing and re-costing;
  • Ensures proper set-up is made in banquets in accordance to the requirement.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any hotel related course.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
