POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

a.  Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably business course

b.  Eight (8) years of working experience in procurement, three (3) years of which in senior supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in the food service industry

c.  Good grasp of concepts and industry practices on procurement, materials management, warehouse and inventory management and accounting

d.  Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills

e.  Established network of suppliers

f.   Highly organized, trustworthy and keen on details

g.  Above average literacy on computer operations
