Human Resources Administrator

Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing the overall human resources and administrative functions of the company — including recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, compliance with Government-Mandated Benefits (GMBs), and maintenance of personnel records. The role ensures that all HR operations align with company policies and Philippine labor standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Source, screen, and recommend qualified applicants for vacant positions.
- Schedule interviews, prepare job offers, and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure policy understanding and cultural alignment.
2. Employee Relations and Discipline
- Monitor employee behavior, attendance, and work performance.
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as Incident Reports (IR), Notice to Explain (NTE), Preventive Suspension, and Termination Notices.
- Document and assist in the conduct of administrative investigations and hearings.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment through open communication and fair policy enforcement.
3. Records Management and Compliance
- Maintain updated and confidential 201 files, contracts, and evaluation records.
- Track employment status, regularization schedules, and contract renewals.
- Ensure HR policies and documentation are compliant with DOLE and other government regulations.
4. Government-Mandated Benefits (GMBs)
- Process and update employee registrations, contributions, and loans for:
- SSS (Social Security System)
- PhilHealth
- Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF)
- BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue)
- Monitor timely posting of contributions and remittances.
- Prepare and file government reports, forms, and updates.
- Coordinate with external government offices for employee claims, loan applications, or inquiries.
5. Performance and Employee Monitoring
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Support supervisors in evaluating staff development and training needs.
- Record feedback, recommendations, and performance-based actions.
6. Administrative and HR Support
- Prepare HR-related reports and summaries for management.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance reconciliation.
- Support employee engagement programs, company events, and internal communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Knowledge of Labor Code of the Philippines and government compliance procedures (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
