About the role

Zenaust Pharma, Inc. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the smooth running of our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and off-boarding processes
  • Process and maintain accurate employee records, payroll information, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate and assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and labour regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR administrator or coordinator role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and databases
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations in the Philippines
