We are a local retail and wholesale beverage distribution company, supplying a wide range of products to restaurants, retailers, and individual customers.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Order Management & Support Virtual Assistant to handle routine administrative and customer support tasks. This role focuses on ensuring that incoming orders are entered accurately into our system, while also serving as the first point of contact for basic customer inquiries, routing more complex issues to the appropriate team members.
This is a part-time, remote-friendly role designed to support our team.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Accurately enter wholesale and retail customer orders into our system.
- Verify order details (pricing, quantities, delivery addresses)
Support Triage:
Monitor incoming customer tickets and categorize them appropriately.
- Respond to routine questions (order status, product availability, delivery timelines)
- Escalate more complex inquiries (billing, logistics issues, urgent complaints) to the relevant team members.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written communication skills (clear, professional, and concise).
- Comfortable learning and using order management & ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable and responsive during agreed-upon working hours.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: 20 hours per week / 4 hours per day, 8AM-12NN
- Remote work with occasional check-ins by phone/video
- Hourly rate: 100 PHP
- Accuracy Bonus: up to 1000 PHP / month
NOTE: MUST HAVE OWN EQUIPMENT (PC / LAPTOP) & WITH DEPENDABLE INTERNET SERVICE
