The Product Specialist is accountable for assisting bakeshops in consistently delivering high-quality products by effectively initiating and overseeing the transfer of knowledge to both new and experienced bakers.

They play a crucial role in protecting the company's brand by ensuring that all products meet established quality standards.

This person will:

  • Oversee various training initiatives, including Bakers On-site Training (BOT) and other product quality trainings.
  • Conducts technical training and refresher courses for new and existing bakeshop staff under the Bakeshop Staff Training Program (BSTP), while monitoring trainees' performance and providing feedback to the Training Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational/Technical (Any Course in College)
  • 4 to 7 years of related work experience (Preferred)
  • Willing to travel and do fieldwork
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Good communication Skills (Preferred)
  • NC II Bread&Pastry Baking, Food Safety & Allergen, Basic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Knowledge & Exposures of Baking Techniques, Equipment Operation and Maintenance, Quality Control, Food Safety and Sanitation, Technical Problem-Solving, Process Information Analysis, and Product Development.
