We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Product Designer: CAD Specialist
to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess both imaginative and technical expertise to transform ideas into tangible designs through advanced 3D modelling and prototyping. This role plays a key part in the development of personalized product concepts across both Softline and hardline categories.

Work Set up:

  • FTE, Hybrid Work Set-Up (IT Park, Cebu City).
  • Need your own Equipment.
  • Mid-Shift, 12noon Onwards (Philippine time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and visualize innovative product concepts using 2D and 3D software for internal reviews and supplier presentations.
  • Develop detailed CAD drawings, 3D renders, and prototypes to support design validation and production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Buying and Technical, to ensure product feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and production readiness.
  • Manage 3D printing and rapid prototyping processes for design testing and sampling.
  • Support design development across both Softline and Hardline product categories.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards across all design outputs.
  • Present design concepts with both technical accuracy and creative insight.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven background in Product Design with advanced proficiency in CAD/3D modelling software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent).
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering applications.
  • Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes applicable to both Softline and hardline products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in or prior experience with personalization technology is an advantage.
