Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant to support marketing execution, content publishing, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role focuses on social media management, light video editing, content population, and outreach, with clear systems and templates already in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media content for both the client and their customers, including populating Canva templates, writing captions (AI-assisted where appropriate), scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Edit short-form talking head videos for Reels, including trimming, adding captions, and preparing content for posting.
  • Populate and schedule email newsletters by transforming existing blog content into newsletter format and uploading it into email platforms.
  • Populate and publish weekly blogs on Squarespace, ensuring correct formatting and timely posting.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as responding to emails and DMs, sending proposals and follow-ups, and setting or managing appointments where applicable.
  • Support warm and cold outreach activities, including social engagement and lead follow-ups.
  • Review incoming emails, flag priority items, and ensure nothing important is missed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with social media management, content scheduling, and online engagement.
  • Comfortable editing short-form videos, particularly talking head content.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone as needed.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident using AI tools to assist with content repurposing and light copywriting.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
