Our client operates a wellness clinic specializing in innovative IV treatments designed to enhance health and overall well-being. As part of their growth strategy, they aim to significantly enhance their digital footprint through targeted digital marketing campaigns and strategic SEO efforts.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong SEO skills to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who can develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is highly creative, has a deep understanding of SEO principles, and is focused on achieving tangible ROI and conversions through digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy with a focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Oversee content creation and management across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness and meet predefined targets.
  • Keep updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to stay ahead in the digital marketing space.
  • Use tools like WIX for SEO enhancements and platforms like Hootsuite for scheduling, while remaining open to adopting new tools that may enhance our digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team, including the Business Development Manager and nursing staff, to generate impactful content ideas and ensure their execution aligns with our conversion goals.
  • Maintain a content calendar to guarantee consistent engagement across all channels.
  • Employ graphic design skills to craft visually appealing content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
  • Regularly meet with key team members to analyze data, understand trends, and strategize on future actions to continually improve performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Specialist, evidenced by a strong portfolio of successful campaigns that have driven ROI and conversions.
  • Expert knowledge of SEO practices and how they integrate with overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in content creation and graphic design, with proficiency in tools like Canva, WIX and similar digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Versatile in adapting to new digital marketing technologies and trends.
  • Ability to work flexibly within the 25-hour weekly commitment, with regular weekly touchpoints for updates and strategic planning.

Additional Information:
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Employment type: Part-time, 25 hours a week
  • Permanent remote/work-from-home setup
  • Work Schedule: TBD (AEST) Flexible
  • Compensation: Weekly payments via PayPal, approximately up to Php 35-38k monthly 
  • Requirements: A fully equipped home office (desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet connection, and webcam), internet speed of at least 20 Mbps, and a contingency plan for power outages or connectivity disruptions.
