Job Description:
We are seeking both a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our passionate team. This role require individuals who are enthusiastic about digital marketing, possess a deep understanding of various digital channels, and are committed to achieving outstanding results for our clients. If you're a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a team player, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement new features or platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Client Liaison:
- Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure timely communication and updates regarding campaign progress and results.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Use insights to inform campaign strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Monitor spend against budget, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years managing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
