We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing and Sales VA to join our team. This role blends marketing expertise with sales leadership to drive customer engagement, generate high-quality leads, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and capable of leading a small team while executing digital marketing campaigns and actively supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small marketing and sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads to meet sales targets, leveraging digital strategies and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns that drive results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and sales performance using analytics tools, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online ads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Track and report on key sales and marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Support sales outreach efforts, including lead qualification, cold emailing, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing pricing, promotional, and discount strategies in collaboration with management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and sales, including lead generation and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, content creation, or video production is a plus.
