About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Key Account Officer to join our dynamic team at FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Based in Manila City, Metro Manila, this strategic position will play a vital role in driving the company's overall sales and growth objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing clients
- Providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each key account
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitoring account performance and proactively addressing any issues or concerns
- Contributing to the development of account management strategies and initiatives
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a sales role, preferably in the energy or utilities industry
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
