Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting clothing, footwear, and accessories that align with their style, body type, and occasion.
  • Provide styling advice to enhance customer shopping experience and promote brand identity.
  • Curate looks and outfit combinations using in-store merchandise to drive sales.
  • Ensure mannequins, displays, and visual merchandising reflect current trends and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor styles, and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with store managers, sales staff, and visual merchandisers to achieve sales targets.
  • Support marketing or promotional campaigns by preparing styled looks for events, photoshoots, or social media.
  • Maintain product knowledge of new arrivals, bestsellers, and styling techniques.
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
  • Uphold store standards of cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion styling, retail sales, or visual merchandising.
  • Strong sense of fashion trends, color coordination, and styling techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Creative eye for detail with strong visual presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of body types, fabric types, and styling for different occasions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales or styling targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
  • Team player with a proactive, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
