The Senior Stylist is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for providing exceptional hair services, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring a premium client experience. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to uphold the salon's reputation for excellence in style and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services tailored to each client.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable styles or treatments.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior stylists and assistants, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all salon operations.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the salon team to achieve sales goals, promote services, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Participate in continuing education, workshops, and brand training to advance technical and creative skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license (as required by local regulations).
  • Proven experience as a stylist with strong technical and creative abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train junior team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
