About the Role

Lavish Avenue Manila is looking for a talented and driven Senior Hairstylist who will also take the lead as our Branch Manager for the Makati branch.

You'll oversee the salon's day-to-day operations, ensure excellent client service, manage the team, and help the branch achieve its monthly sales targets — all while showcasing your hairstyling expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform professional hair services including haircut, color, treatments, and styling
  • Lead and supervise salon staff to maintain high-quality service and efficiency
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and clients receive exceptional service
  • Handle customer concerns, feedback, and scheduling
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for product restocking
  • Manage branch sales performance and ensure monthly sales quota is met
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and adherence to salon standards
  • Assist in training and developing junior stylists and staff
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a hairstylist (coloring, cutting, and treatments)
  • Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a salon is a strong advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and customer service
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented and confident in achieving sales targets
  • Willing to work full-time in Makati City
  • Can start immediately
