The Marketing Intern assists and provides support to the marketing team in their advertising and

promotional efforts. They are responsible in completing administrative duties, creating social media

content, and preparing promotional materials.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales and Marketing Execution

  2.  Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for all marketing channels

  3. namely Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  4.  Support Community Management by replying to comments and reviews and by
  5. reposting/resharing tagged content on all social media channels and Google Business
  6. Pages
  7.  Curate and research hair style, color, and care trends
  8.  Collate Stylist Creations to be used in content and community management
  9.  Conduct research and provide recommendations for TikTok Content and Creator Collabs
    1. Other administrative and creative tasks
  11.  Participate in sales and marketing brainstorming sessions
  12.  Create marketing reports
  13. QUALIFICATIONS:
  14. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  15. Strong interest in marketing and advertising, business development, and media
  16. Passion for social media and can stay on-top of online trends
  17. Savvy for social media content
  18. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  19. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  20. Creative thinking skills
  21. Familiarity with online tools such as Adobe Lightroom App and Canva is a plus

  25.  Fieldwork includes store visits with the marketing team.
