Key Responsibilities: 1) Provide timely and effective support to clients via email. 2) Provide insights and alignment by checking the client's schedule or US/UK/APAC zones. 3) Utilize Salesforce Lightning for client support tasks. 4) Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and service requests, including: • Processing of quote requests • Service -related troubleshooting, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions • Maintaining records of client interactions and follow -up actions • Extracting invoices available within the client's account. water • Responding to commission -related inquiries 5) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client -centric issues are resolved efficiently. 6) Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client support processes. 7) Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high -quality service and support.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or similar role.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in customer service, sales, or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship -building skills.Proficient or have previous experience in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce Lightning.
