We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Blended Voice/Non-Voice accounts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent service to clients, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Available Accounts 1. Search Engine – Blended Voice/Non-Voice Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate Open to Students Taking Alternative Delivery Systems (STADs) Qualifications: At least High School or Senior High School Graduate Open to applicants with 6 months or more of customer-facing experience , whether in BPO or non-BPO industries Key Responsibilities Manage customer interactions through phone, chat, or email in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information and efficient solutions to customer concerns Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge to ensure first-contact resolution Document and update customer records in the system accurately Collaborate with team members and support staff to enhance the customer experience Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and performance metrics (quality, productivity, and attendance) Desired Skills and Attributes Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy Proficiency in basic computer applications and multitasking Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us Competitive salary package Opportunities for career growth and promotion Comprehensive training and support Positive and inclusive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
