The Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll perform the end-to-end recruitment process and play a key role in matching top talent with the right opportunities. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders, manage multiple accounts, and help ensure that hiring goals are met while creating an excellent experience for candidates. What You'll Do
- Perform full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across different roles and levels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and align on hiring priorities.
- Manage multiple requisitions and accounts, ensuring smooth fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Use ATS tools to track candidates, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless process.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets.
- Deliver a great candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and professional communication.
- Share insights and recruitment updates with stakeholders to help guide decision-making.
- Contribute to team growth by mentoring peers and sharing best practices.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in BPO, RPO, or in-house talent acquisition.
- Strong experience working with ATS platforms.
- Proven success in account management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to perform demand fulfillment in high-volume or specialized hiring.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (Cubao or Taguig).
