About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep experience in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for Microsoft-focused roles (Azure, M365, Power Platform, Dynamics, etc.). This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable, and results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in building trusted relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you'll drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, identify and engage high-caliber professionals, and help grow teams that deliver cutting-edge Microsoft-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles focused on Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Engineers, M365 Specialists, Power Platform Consultants, Dynamics Consultants, etc.).
  • Generate talent leads and pipelines using proactive sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, networking, online communities).
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and long-term hiring goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process—offering market insights, candidate intelligence, and hiring best practices.
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and business priorities, delivering timely results without compromising quality.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies or enterprise IT.
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and close candidates for niche technical roles in competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated experience with passive sourcing techniques and lead generation through creative outreach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—trust builder with both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
  • Strong understanding of remote hiring practices, especially within the Philippines talent market.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
