The RoleAs a Senior Recruiter, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process and play a key role in matching top talent with the right opportunities. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders, manage multiple accounts, and ensure that hiring goals are achieved while delivering an excellent candidate experience. What You'll Do-
Perform full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles and levels

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on role requirements and hiring priorities

Manage multiple requisitions and accounts, ensuring smooth fulfillment of hiring needs

Use ATS tools to track candidates, maintain accurate records, and ensure process efficiency

Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets

Deliver a strong candidate experience with timely updates, feedback, and professional communication

Share recruitment insights and updates with stakeholders to support decision-making

Contribute to team growth by mentoring peers and sharing best practices

At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in BPO, RPO, or in-house talent acquisition

Strong experience using ATS platforms

Proven success in account management and stakeholder collaboration

Ability to perform demand fulfillment in high-volume or specialized hiring

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (Cubao or Taguig)
