Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Technical Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring technology professionals, particularly within IT Services and IT Consulting industries. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Management

  • Proactively source and attract top technical talent through databases, job boards, social media, networking, and innovative sourcing tactics.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage creative methods to engage passive candidates and ensure a steady flow of talent.

Candidate Engagement & Screening

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and technical pre-assessments.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand staffing requirements and role-specific competencies.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for roles such as Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, Full-Stack Engineers, QA, DevOps, and other technology positions.
  • Advise stakeholders on talent availability, competitive market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Process & Recruitment Operations

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job description drafting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights.
  • Recommend and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top technical talent.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, influencing hiring strategies and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within IT Services or IT Consulting companies.
  • Proven track record in hiring technology professionals such as Software Engineers (Front-End, Back-End, Full-Stack), QA, DevOps, and other IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in is a plus.
