Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter for Niche/Executive Hiring is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber professionals for specialized and senior-level roles. The role requires strong market research, sourcing strategies, and relationship management skills to deliver high-quality talent that aligns with organizational and leadership needs.


Key Responsibilities
Executive & Niche Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting using advanced search methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking, referrals, industry associations).
  • Assess candidate qualifications, leadership competencies, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessments.
  • Partner with senior management and HR leaders to understand role requirements and develop targeted search strategies.
Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping
  • Conduct industry and talent market research to identify potential candidates and emerging skillsets.
  • Build and maintain talent maps and pipelines for critical roles.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarking to stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on recruitment strategies and talent availability.
  • Present qualified shortlists and candidate insights to hiring managers.
  • Support offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with senior-level talent.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process with transparency and engagement.
  • Build long-term relationships with executive-level and niche professionals for future opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor regulations, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in executive search or niche hiring.
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing senior or specialized talent across industries.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex role requirements.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, databases).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
