Job Description:

We are looking for a 3D Generalist who is comfortable using Blender to create still images. In this role, you will be responsible for posing pre-rigged models and integrating props and scene elements to realize creative design concepts. You will work closely with our design and project teams to ensure that your 3D assets align with project objectives and seamlessly integrate with the final visuals. All post-processing is handled by a dedicated team, allowing you to focus exclusively on 3D asset creation and refinement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Asset Preparation & Integration:
• Pose pre-rigged models and incorporate props or additional scene elements.

3D Modeling & Rendering:

• Use Blender to create, refine, and optimize 3D assets for still images.
• Apply lighting, shading, and rendering techniques that support realistic results.

Collaboration & Concept Development:

• Work with creative teams to translate ideas into static 3D designs.
• Ensure that 3D elements integrate smoothly with the overall project visuals.
• Participate in an iterative design process, incorporating feedback from clients and team members.

Technical Quality & Workflow:

• Keep project files organized and follow version control or naming conventions to support team collaboration.
• Manage and meet deadlines while maintaining quality work.
• Document workflows and asset creation processes to support team collaboration and future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, 3D Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering using Blender.
• Proficiency in other 3D software such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and visual effects specific to still image production.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong artistic sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio must be submitted, highlighting projects that showcase your expertise in posing, prop integration, and still render production.
• Experience with 3D design, production, and workflow.
• Prior experience working remotely and within agile team environments.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in asset management and workflow optimization.
• Adjust scenes based on design requirements and feedback.
