QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of Agile development principles with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficient in defining business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Experienced in both manual and automated testing methodologies, including tools such as Selenium, SpecFlow, Katalon, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindset to identify potential issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools is desirable.
  • Experience in database testing using SQL and MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of Kafka messaging interface.
  • Familiarity with SignalR for real-time front-end updates is a plus.
  • Mandatory experience in mobile application testing.
  • Experience with Docker containerization and Octopus deployment for development, testing, and production environments.
  • Understanding of business logic with the ability to relate it to development scenarios.
  • Experience in API automation testing with BDD/Cucumber frameworks.
  • Basic coding skills to support test case implementation and automation.
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive test cases for each feature.
  • Sound knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience using API clients such as Postman or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to taking ownership with a focus on long-term impact.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who embraces Agile development principles and actively contributes to the continuous enhancement of our software development processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the software development team to analyze project requirements and define precise business requirements and acceptance criteria.

You will be responsible for producing a comprehensive test matrix to guide testing efforts and conducting thorough testing of both API and UI components to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues. Additionally, you will investigate and document the root causes of bugs, providing clear, reproducible steps to facilitate resolution by the development team.

The role requires proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Xunit (API), SpecFlow, Katalon (UI), or equivalent, to streamline testing processes and improve overall efficiency. Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools is advantageous, enabling seamless integration of testing within the development pipeline.
