Seeking an Automation Tester with expertise in frameworks, web & mobile automation, scripting (Java/Python), defect analysis, and mentoring junior testers to drive continuous QA improvements.

Work Location: Must be willing to work at both Makati and Ortigas sites

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite

Schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding how an Automation Frameworks works
  • Implementing new processes, functions and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance standards.
  • Knowledgeable in  Mobile and Web Automation
  • Experience in automation scripting
  • Knowledge sharing and training of Junior Automation Testers
  • Expert in Java or Python as programming language
  • Analyzes patterns of defects to identify test holes for a feature area.
  • Applies knowledge of software development process for early discovery of defects and higher quality builds
  • Writing basic automated test scripts in a programming language
  • Experience in building and using automated tools
  • Familiarity with programming using Java or Python

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid background in QA testing, at least a minimum of five (5) years experience in Software Quality Assurance specifically Automation Testing.
  • Skilled in analyzing and understanding user stories, business requirements, and technical specs.
  • Proficient in documenting, executing test cases, and clearly reporting outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ensuring software quality.
