About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester to join our Philippines team, working closely with our Australian development group. In this role, you will focus on manual testing of our custom-developed ERP system and its integration points, ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of software releases. You will work closely with a team of 12 developers and 3 business analysts to design and execute test plans, perform regression and performance testing, and validate system integrations across the organisation.

This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our critical business systems that support large-scale manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios for the ERP system and all related integration points.
• Conduct manual functional, regression, and performance testing for both new and existing features.
• Verify the functionality and stability of applications across multiple platforms, including:
• Windows desktop applications (Windows Forms, WPF)
• Web applications (ASP.NET MVC, Blazor)
• Mobile applications (Maui Applications for Android)
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure reliability and consistency across systems.
• Identify, document, and report software defects, collaborating with developers and business analysts to resolve issues efficiently.
• Test and validate integrations between the ERP system, financial modules, and other connected peripheral systems.
• Analyze test results, report on quality outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance overall system performance.

About You

You are a detail-oriented, analytical problem solver with strong communication skills

and a passion for ensuring software quality. You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams and have a proactive approach to testing complex systems within a

manufacturing environment.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in manual testing and test design for complex ERP or business management systems.
- Strong understanding of testing desktop, web, and mobile applications within the .NET ecosystem.
- Proficiency with SQL Server and familiarity with software integrated business processes, especially in large-scale manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to design, plan, and execute test strategies independently.
- A keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and persistence in identifying and resolving issues.
- Practical understanding of end-to-end business processes, including finance and production workflows.
