Job Responsibilities:

  • Record keeping: Maintain the general ledger, closing of the books, reconcilations and other accounting records accurately.
  • Financial reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, and similar reports for management.
  • Accounts payable and receivable: Manage accounts payable (invoices and payments) and accounts receivable (customer and client accounts).
  • Fund Management: Maintains and updates fund management reports, and recommends fund management actions i.e. forex, time deposit and related activities.
  • Audit support: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.
  • Budgeting: Prepare, update, review and analyze annual operating budgets.
  • Payroll: Help with processing and overseeing payroll.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with accounting policies and statutory regulations i.e. taxes, SSS, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 experience in wholel cycle of accounting, FS analysis, tax compliance and other statutory reporting.
  • With high level of competency in essential tools like Microsoft office. Knowledge of specific accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is also highly valued.
  • With excellent English oral and written interpersonal and communication skill
